How can we help?

Start with a description. No attachment is needed for an initial inquiry.

For a non-project inquiry, enter your city.

A receipt confirms submission only—not a quote, installation date, project acceptance or agreement to meet a bid deadline.

Privacy and submission information

Your details and any uploaded PDF are saved in the website’s WordPress records so TACS can respond. Notification emails go to recipients configured by TACS. PDFs are accessible through administrator records, not public Media Library links.

The form also records the source page and available referral/campaign details. Spam prevention may use short-lived hashed network identifiers and optional human verification. Share only authorized documents; do not send credentials, identity documents or sensitive security information.

Website records are configured for a retention period of 180 days. Emails, exports and backups have separate retention. Use a general inquiry to request access or deletion.

Before you send

A clearer inquiry starts a better conversation.

You do not need a finished plan set to contact TACS. Send what is available and identify what is still being decided. These details help separate a preliminary conversation from a defined bid package.

Describe the installation

Identify the building, requested service and approximate quantities. Explain whether this is new construction, an addition, a relocation or an existing-building upgrade. Note who supplies equipment and who manages the system.

Share the current package

For a bid, include current drawings, specifications, relevant schedules and addenda. A single PDF or authorized plan-room link works. Label the revision so the scope is not estimated from an outdated document.

Explain the schedule

Provide the bid deadline and anticipated installation window. Include restricted work hours, occupied areas and site-entry requirements. Requested dates are reviewed, not automatically accepted by submitting a form.

What happens next

From inquiry to an agreed next step.

A submitted request begins a review. It does not schedule work or replace a written proposal.

  1. Submission receipt

Wait for the on-page receipt before leaving. If the connection is interrupted and receipt is unclear, keep the page open and use the same form’s retry option rather than sending a second inquiry.

  2. Scope review

The project information helps us review service fit, missing details and the resources needed. Further drawings, clarification or a site discussion may be needed before pricing.

  3. Confirm the next step

Any proposed work needs agreed responsibilities, required authorizations, commercial terms and scheduling. Keep using your existing project contact for active-job changes unless otherwise directed.

We review projects across Dallas–Fort Worth, including McKinney, Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco and Allen. Exact site coverage and travel requirements are confirmed for the requested scope; these are not separate office locations.

Choose the right scope

Explore the work before requesting a quote.

Use the service pages to understand the installation support and specialist responsibilities relevant to your project. The accepted written scope determines what TACS agrees to deliver.

Contact and bid questions

Before you contact TACS.

Choose the inquiry route that fits your request, and keep sensitive information out of the form.

How do I request a low voltage quote from TACS?

Choose Request a Quote, select the relevant service and describe the work, location and schedule. Use Other / general inquiry if the scope is not yet clear. Drawings are optional for this initial conversation; a defined proposal may require more information.

How do I submit plans for a bid?

Choose Submit Plans, add a project name and provide an HTTPS plan-room link or one PDF. Include the bid deadline and current revision in your message. Only share documents you are authorized to provide. Larger drawing sets should use a file-sharing link.

How quickly will I receive pricing or a response?

This page does not promise a fixed response time or same-day pricing. Timing depends on the information supplied, the requested scope and team availability. Include your deadline, but do not treat the submission receipt as confirmation that it can be met.

Can I send an existing-project question or an employment inquiry?

For active work, use your established TACS project contact where possible. For employment interest, use the Careers button in the homepage’s project banner and complete the careers form. That keeps applicant information separate from project and bid inquiries.

What happens if I do not see a submission receipt?

Do not assume the inquiry failed or was accepted. When a submission response is unclear, this form keeps the original details for retry. Follow the status message and do not reload while checking receipt. A confirmed receipt still does not reserve crew time or schedule work.
